Arden, from Dallas, and Larkin, from Arkansas, both grew up vacationing along 30A in Florida. One particular Christmas vacation, the two happened to meet at a bonfire on the beach. Though quickly hitting it off, they each went their separate ways until one evening at the University of Arkansas. Both coincidentally enrolled at the U of A in Fayetteville, and spontaneously ran into one another at a campus function. Or was it coincidence? We don’t believe so, as the two soon became best friends, and soon after that decided to spend the rest of their lives together. On another trip to Seaside, this time together, Larkin proposed to Arden, who said yes without reservation. They, of course, felt it was only fitting to be married in the place where it all started!
Kind Words from Arden and Larkin
“If you want beautiful photos and an unforgettable experience, Cameron and Elizabeth are for you! Cameron and Elizabeth are extremely professional photographers that quickly become like family. They are attentive, talented, and whether it’s your engagement pictures or on your big day, they make you feel very comfortable through the whole process. Their bright/true-to-color editing is what initially caught my eye. After our first meeting, I never worried or stressed about details regarding my photos, which were very important to me, because i knew i was being taken care of by the best!! Cameron is a very organized perfectionist, but his whit and goofiness comes out as you get to know him! Lots of laughter with Cameron, which makes all of the posing so natural and comfortable. Elizabeth is very artistic, gentle, and is your ultimate wing woman! Anything you need, Elizabeth is there! The two together are unstoppable. Not only can you see how much they love each other, but how much they love what they do. This shows in all of their work and through their relationships made with their clients. They aren’t just a wedding vendor.. they are family! Larkin and I, a year later, still catch up and grab a bite to eat with Cameron and Elizabeth. A friendship I will forever be thankful for and classic/timeless photos that will last a lifetime. I could not recommend them enough!!”
Arden and Larkin accomplished a modern and fashion-forward New Years Wedding design with classic and timeless elements. The couple wanted a festive wedding without venturing into cheesy styling. From the 6-foot silver garland covering the entire ceiling of the reception space, to the monochromatic floral color palette, to the fun New Years hats and sunglasses, the couple did just that.
Arden wore a romantic ballgown designed by Monique Lhuillier, gracefully covered in floral appliqué with a nude underlay. The spaghetti straps of the gown and the neutral layering gave nod to their beach location of Seaside.
