Stein Eriksen Lodge Wedding | Park City Fairytale

Bliss and Griffin’s story began in childhood, long before their Stein Eriksen Lodge wedding in Park City ever came into view. Growing up across the street from one another in a rural southeast Arkansas neighborhood, they spent countless hours playing and exploring together. Over time, that friendship developed into an undeniable love.

They made it official during their sophomore and junior years of college — a moment that had quietly been in the making for years. Later, in nearly the exact spot where they would one day say “I do,” Griffin proposed during a 2019 family vacation to Park City.

However, soon after the proposal, everything changed. Doctors diagnosed Bliss with cardiac sarcoidosis, a rare and life-threatening heart disease. As a result, wedding planning came to a halt.

Instead, Griffin took Bliss’s hand and stepped into the unknown journey of recovery beside her. As doctors provided answers and a treatment plan, hope slowly returned. Eventually, wedding planning resumed — this time with even deeper meaning.

Just six weeks before their Stein Eriksen Lodge wedding in Park City, Bliss underwent heart surgery to receive a pacemaker. Although the diagnosis once threatened their wedding dreams, it ultimately strengthened their resolve.

Because of that journey, their Stein Eriksen Lodge wedding became far more than a celebration. It became a testament to resilience, faith, and unconditional love.

Bridal Brunch Before the Stein Eriksen Lodge Wedding

To begin the Stein Eriksen Lodge wedding weekend, the celebration opened with a joyful bridal brunch at Café Terigo in downtown Park City.

There, mimosas flowed and charcuterie boards filled the tables. Each bridesmaid received a welcome gift at her place setting, framed by dainty butterflies and soft pink roses.

Welcome Party at Stein Eriksen Lodge

Later that evening, Bliss and Griffin gathered their family and friends for a romantic rehearsal dinner at Stein Eriksen Lodge.

Throughout the night, guests opened customized welcome boxes and enjoyed a beautifully prepared in-house dinner. Most memorably, loved ones offered heartfelt toasts that filled the room with emotion.

At one point, Griffin read a poem he had written for Bliss, leaving few dry eyes behind.

Finally, the celebration ended with a late-night cookie and coffee bar — complete with a sweet tribute to their dog, Frank.

The Stein Eriksen Lodge Wedding Ceremony

Finally, the day of their Stein Eriksen Lodge wedding arrived, and joy filled the mountain air.

The sun filtered through ski-run covered peaks while a soft breeze moved gently through the evergreens. It was, without question, the perfect day to celebrate.

Meanwhile, vendors moved across the property with focus and precision, united in one mission: bring this dream wedding to life.

The Amanda Reed Weddings team curated every detail with intention. Vibrant florals by Artisan Bloom framed the ceremony aisle and arch, while custom linens, favors, and a bespoke dance floor elevated the reception space.

Although the design was breathtaking, the most meaningful moments unfolded between Bliss and Griffin themselves. During their emotional first look, Bliss’s younger brother made a surprise appearance. In that instant, she welcomed him with a quick giggle, making the moment even sweeter.

Later, they shared their first dance. As they held one another, the reality settled in — this was their Stein Eriksen Lodge wedding. After everything they had endured, it was finally here.

Kind Words from Bliss

“I work for Arkansas Bride magazine so I have seen a lot of their work and always admired and loved how Cameron and Elizabeth captured weddings. Their pictures were always stunning and they always seemed to capture the couple’s relationship beautifully. I also admired how they are as people, both Cameron and Elizabeth are two of the kindest and most genuine people I know and have gotten to work with through Arkansas Bride.

I was elated whenever they agreed to traveling all the way to Deer Valley, Utah to shoot my wedding. I cannot recommend their photography business enough. I used C&E for my bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, and full wedding day.

Every single photo from my wedding weekend was phenomenal. They made me feel super comfortable in front of the camera and had really unique/fun ideas that turned out great. I have gotten countless compliments on my wedding photos and I could not be happier with the results myself.”

Kind Words from Griffin

“Everything for me was super enjoyable. I loved everything you guys had Bliss and I do together. My groomsmen were extremely complimentary of everything as well.

Several of them said they’ve never had a groomsmen shoot go as smooth and as fun as y’all made it for them! Frequently guys/groomsmen will look at photoshoots as ‘cringy’ or dread doing it, but all of my groomsmen said multiple times that it was the most fun they ever had taking photos with the guys before the wedding.

They also talked about how nice y’all were the whole time too, they mentioned that several times. Everything y’all did was awesome and you did an incredible job.”
