Welcome Party at Blackberry Farm

The wedding weekend began with a vibrant welcome party at Bramble Hall at Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee, setting the tone for an editorial summer celebration in the Smoky Mountains. As Caroline and Luke slipped away for portraits in the hidden wine cellar, guests were greeted with a custom tote with their names as they entered a curated marketplace filled with local foods, artisanal treats, and a Blackberry Farm cookbook.
Inside, vibrant yellow florals brought the warmth of a Tennessee summer to life. Guests enjoyed cocktails, live acoustic music, and a family-style dinner as the father of the bride officially welcomed everyone and kicked off the Blackberry Farm wedding weekend in heartfelt fashion.

Pool Party Celebration at Blackberry Farm

The following afternoon, Caroline and Luke hosted a playful poolside gathering at the Farmside Pool at Blackberry Farm, inviting friends to soak in the Smoky Mountain sunshine before the wedding day. The midday celebration honored their beloved dachshund, Mr. Charles, with whimsical wiener-dog themed beach balls, towels, bucket hats, and sunglasses — a lighthearted nod woven seamlessly into the weekend’s thoughtful design. Relaxed yet intentional, the pool party captured the effortless charm that defines a summer wedding weekend at Blackberry Farm.

Rehearsal Dinner at Blackberry Farm

That evening, Caroline and Luke gathered with their families and wedding party for an intimate multi-course rehearsal dinner in the wine cellar at Blackberry Farm. Tucked beneath the estate and hidden from the outside world, the setting created a warm, candlelit atmosphere where heartfelt toasts honored both their shared history and the life they are building together.
As the evening came to a close, guests made their way from the underground wine cellar to Bramble Hall, where the remainder of the wedding guests joined for an energetic after-party. The celebration continued late into the night — a joyful crescendo leading into their Blackberry Farm wedding day.

Wedding Day at Blackberry Farm

As the sun rose over the Smoky Mountains and lifted the morning fog from the rolling hills of Blackberry Farm in Tennessee, it revealed the breathtaking setting where Caroline and Luke would finally step into marriage. Having dated since sixth grade, their wedding day marked the fulfillment of years of prayer, hope, and steadfast love — a celebration rooted not only in beauty, but in a story long in the making.

The weekend culminated in an outdoor ceremony overlooking the rolling hills of Blackberry Farm in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Designed with abundant tulips and airy grasses, the altar felt as though it had emerged naturally from the surrounding landscape — an effortless extension of the estate’s beauty.
As Caroline walked the long aisle with her father, guests took in the stillness of the moment — her presence, the sweeping mountain views, and the significance of a love story years in the making. It was a ceremony that felt both grounded in nature and deeply sacred.

Following the ceremony, guests gathered on the main lawn of The Barn at Blackberry Farm for cocktail hour before joining Caroline and Luke for a seated dinner inside. With sweeping views of the Smoky Mountains, the evening unfolded as Blackberry Farm’s renowned culinary team prepared and served each course in seamless unison — a signature element of a wedding weekend at the estate.
After heartfelt toasts and cake cutting, the celebration shifted once more. Led by trumpet from The Barn to Bramble Hall, guests entered a transformed reception space where cocktails flowed and the dance floor came alive — an unforgettable finale to their Blackberry Farm wedding weekend.
