Catherine and Taylor’s Chesapeake Bay Engagement Session
Catherine and Taylor began their Inn at Perry Cabin wedding weekend by sailing side by side on the Chesapeake Bay. For them, boating is more than a pastime; it’s part of their story. Because of that, their Chesapeake Bay engagement session felt deeply personal.
Rather than simply posing for portraits, they used this time to slow down and be fully present with one another. Set against the quiet beauty of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, the experience felt effortless and meaningful. In turn, it grounded their coastal Saint Michaels wedding weekend in something authentic and lasting.

Wedding Day at the Inn at Perry Cabin
Catherine and Taylor’s Inn at Perry Cabin wedding captured the charm of an East Coast autumn celebration in Saint Michaels, Maryland. A crisp October breeze moved through the turning leaves along the Chesapeake Bay. Meanwhile, the quiet charm of Maryland’s Eastern Shore created a setting that felt both refined and welcoming.
The historic waterfront grounds of the Inn at Perry Cabin provided a stunning backdrop for a day rooted in timeless romance. As guests arrived from near and far, the town seemed to come alive with fall anticipation. Surrounded by their dearest family and friends, Catherine and Taylor embraced every moment of their coastal Maryland celebration.
Altogether, it was an honor to document such joy at one of the most iconic waterfront wedding venues on the Eastern Shore.

Kind Words from Catherine and Taylor
“Hiring Cameron and Elizabeth for our wedding was one of the very best decisions we made. From start to finish, they were not only incredibly talented photographers, but also warm, professional, and an absolute joy to be around. They captured our day in the most beautiful, authentic way… every emotion, every detail, and every moment we’ll want to remember forever.
I warned them ahead of time that all the men in my family (including the groom!) would be difficult to photograph, yet Cameron and Elizabeth somehow made the entire process completely painless. Every single one of them commented on how easy and enjoyable it was, and my husband now jokes that whenever we take photos, he wants to “make Cam and Elizabeth proud.” That alone speaks volumes.
Choosing photographers is such a major investment and a significant part of a wedding budget, and Cameron and Elizabeth were worth every single cent. Beyond their stunning work, they are genuinely kind, lovely people who helped set the tone for the day and made everything feel relaxed and special. We couldn’t be more grateful for them or happier with our photos. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.”

A Coastal Tent Reception at the Inn at Perry Cabin

Catherine and Taylor’s coastal tent reception at the Inn at Perry Cabin became a true Chesapeake Bay celebration beneath the Maryland stars. Set along the waterfront in Saint Michaels, the sailcloth tent glowed with garden blues and soft greens. In addition, lattice textures and thoughtful coastal accents echoed the beauty of the Eastern Shore.
The overall design felt fresh yet timeless — refined without being overstated. As the October air turned crisp, guests gathered fireside while others filled the dance floor. Consequently, laughter drifted through the tent well into the evening.
In quiet corners, intimate conversations unfolded. At the same time, friends joined together in celebration. Together, those moments created the warmth and connection that define a truly memorable Chesapeake Bay wedding reception.
